Neonatal nurses work with babies 28 days and younger that mostly require special care or needs. They are newborns primary source of needs. They work with babies who need ventilators and things of that such.

Education

Diploma, associate's degree or bachelor's degree in nursing; graduate certificate or master's degree in neonatal nursing for career advancement or specialization studies
