Iroquois

Settlement
Iroquois settled in different parts of North America which include present-day Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and those states where in the U.S. and Ontario and Ouebec in Canada. When they settled in these places, they lived in villages. They settled in those places because there were lots of trees and animals and there was lots of wood.
Culture
One part of their culture is to fish, so they can eat, and then make hooks out of the bones.A nother part of their culture is to hunt deer and elk, bear, beaver, rabbits, and ducks and geece to make clothing and to get food to eat.One other part of their culture is to farm and each spring the women would plant corn, beans, and squash.
The Iroqois believed in Mother Earth and Sky woman because they believed they grue their crops for them.
What the Irquois are known for
They are most known for the things that they make out of wood, cloth, and beads. They also make good traps out of wood.
