happy summer
We are excited about the coming school year! We are planning a full calendar of activities and events for our students and their families. We have not finalized our policies regarding masks, etc quite yet; however, we are confident the coming year will be much more normal than the year we just finished.
We hope you are having a wonderful summer! Please remember that our school office is open daily (with the exception of July 5th when we are closed for the 4th of July holiday). Don't forget about school supplies and summer homework (you can find more information below and on our school website). We are counting down the days until our first day of school. If there is anything we can help you with in the school office, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Enjoy the rest of the summer. Stay safe and healthy
God Bless,
Mrs. Haas

hair
As you begin to make plans for back to school haircuts, etc, we remind parents of the guidelines regarding hairstyles for boys and girls at St. Joseph Catholic School.
Thank you for your help in adhering to this policy.
orton gillingham training
This hands-on training provided teachers with skills and strategies to create a fun, multisensory approach to reading instruction of phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension as well as spelling. Nine of our teachers participated in this virtual training to improve their teaching methodologies. Seven of our teachers participated in this same training last summer. We are very grateful to our teachers who spend time during their summer learning more strategies to bring back to their classrooms.
