Campo Connection Newsletter

Edition 18...............December 10, 2021

Dear Parents, Students, and Staff

Sometimes days, weeks, and months go by so fast, it is important that we just stop and smell the rose. I appreciate Ms. Pierce fresh roses she leaves on Linda's front desk because not only do they smell amazing, the metaphor give me a chance to slow down and focus on the beautiful people and things all around us. I hope you have a chance to do the same this weekend.

Friendly Reminder:

Friday, December 17th is a non student day. This means there are no kids at school and only the staff are working. Therefore, winter break for students starts on the 17th. Please mark your calendar. Thanks.

Interested in seeing your child in our school yearbook? Read below about yearbook information. YAY!!

5th graders are selling Candy Cane Grams. See the flyer below.

Looking for the location for vaccination or testing sites with Cal Fire during the month of December? CalFire will be holding a vaccine event Dec. 21st at Mountain Health Family Medicine. Adult Vaccines will be administered from 9am-12pm and Children’s Vaccines (5-11yo) will be administered from 1pm-4pm. Below is the calendar for reference.

Enjoy all the great the pictures.

The updated calendar for the year is at the end of the newsletter.

Have a great weekend.

Take Care,

Mrs. Noren

Yearbook Information

Yes, we will have a yearbook this year. Thank you to Chyrstal Gillett who has volunteered to help us. Starting in January, we will have the cost of the yearbook and details on how parents can purchase a page dedicating it to your child(ren). In the meantime, do you have a picture of your child that you would like to share in the yearbook? Perhaps it was a time during Character-Spirit week, Patriot's Days, or Trunk or Treat? You can send your photo in the email below. We will be collecting pictures through March. Stay tuned. Thanks

Lunch with the principal.

We had our character drawing this week, and some students chose the coupon to have lunch with me. We had a nice time talking about our family and things we enjoy doing the most. How fun!
