First Day at the School City of Hobart!

It was a beautiful first day of school full of nervous, yet excited kids that had the confidence of conquering this school year better than the last! The teachers and staff were ready and beaming with excitement as the halls filled up with students again. We were able to snap a few photos throughout the day of our Brickies - young and old! Even a friendly Hobart Citizen was excited and wrote positive messages on the sidewalk for students to read on the way to the bus stop for the first time! The community of Hobart is wonderful with supporting our schools and we love that! As encouragement to stay hydrated and healthy, each student and staff member received their own Brickie water bottle to have at school with them. They LOVE them and want to be the best they can be - check out the video below created by our own Brickies! We have been preparing all summer for this school year and hope that every student from the Class of 2018 through the Class of 2030 make every day their best! #brickieup

Students that learn how to build these relationships at a younger age will be able to recognize and avoid inappropriate and abusive behaviors as they grow. Very important for all to learn and understand! We really hope to see you there!

College Go Week!

Every year the School City of Hobart uses College Go Week to encourage students to think and pursue a higher education. Whether it be at a College or University or with a Union or Trade, there is an opportunity for every student to achieve more after high school graduation and help jump start their career on a path that they have been dreaming of! We ask our kids every year what they want to be when they grow up, let's also teach them how to achieve those dreams and goals!
