Elementary STEAM Night (Grades 3-5)

Elementary STEAM Night (Grades 3-5)

Save the Date! Elementary STEAM night is Wednesday, May 3rd!


We welcome all our 3rd-5th graders to STEAM night May 3rd, where they will experience hands-on how exciting the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math can be! Kids will get to participate in different projects throughout the session. This is not a drop-off event.


There will be two session:

Session 1: 6:00-6:45

Session 2: 6:45-7:30


Students must be registered to attend STEAM night. Please use the Google form below to register your child.


We are looking for volunteers to help with the activities in both sessions. Please sign-up to volunteer using the link below.

Save the date! The 7th Grade Social will be held on Friday, April 28th!


When: Friday, April 28, 2023
Time: 7:00-8:30
Location: OAS


Please consider volunteering and/or donating for the 7th grade social, so we can make this a memorable evening for the kids. Please use the SignUp below to help volunteer your time or items. Registration form for students will be coming soon.

Elementary Yearbook Photos Needed! (Grades 3-5)

We still need your help to make the yearbook great!
Please send high-resolution/full-size photos of your OAS students and include your child’s name, teacher and event toOASyearbook2023@gmail.com. Please send each event in a separate email (multiple photos per event in one email is fine). Photo submissions for the yearbook are due March 31st. You have until April 30th to continue working on your student’s own personal pages.


Some ideas for photos are:

  • Sports with OAS students

  • Girl and Boy Scouts

5th Grade Parents: The OAS PTA has gifted each 5th grade student a copy of the yearbook! You are still able to design your 2 free custom pages and add any additional pages you would like to purchase. The custom pages are optional and you will still receive a yearbook without filling them out. To view your account, log into https://www.treering.com.
