Enrollment Information
- · Currently enrolled resident students do not need to re-enroll each year. Families who make any change in residency or custody will need to report to the Welcome Center.
- · As you may recall from the April 2019 Board of Education Meeting, the Kindergarten eligibility date has been changed to children turning 5 on or before August 1, 2020.
- · Incomplete packets cannot be accepted. Families should refer to the checklists and requirements within the paperwork they pick up and come prepared with all paperwork in-hand.
- · Families enrolling new Kindergarten students do NOT need to wait for the child’s 5yo physical appointment before enrolling, but they MUST bring the child’s most current immunization record (and TB results if applicable) at the time of enrollment for the packet to be accepted.
- · All paperwork must be turned in to the Welcome Center by the custodial parent, in-person. NO faxed or scanned enrollment will be accepted.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-In/Check-Out has been an extremely effective behavior intervention. We have seen a major increase in positive student behaviors, and there has been a major decline in the number of office referrals for negative behaviors. Additionally, more than 10% of the students in CICO are consistently meeting their daily behavior goals and have graduated from this intervention! We are extremely proud of our Toucans and strive to recognize their positive behaviors!
