The fall book fair will take place the week of October 21-25 from 8:45am - 3:30pm. Grades KG-4 will come on their usual library day:

  • KG - Wednesday
  • 1st - Tuesday
  • 2nd - Thursday
  • 3rd - Monday
  • 4th - Friday

Students can come individually on any day as allowed by their teacher. We will pick up Kindergarteners with book fair money from class each day to shop. Lunch and before school sales will only be available to students who have their parents with them. This is important so that we can know where the children are at all times. The book fair will be open on Thursday, October 24 during Trunk or Treat from 5:00-7:00. We will have candy to hand out, also.

We will have the e-wallet again this year and hope more parents will use it so that kiddos don’t lose money. The e-wallet is even available to grandparents who would like to treat their grandkid with a little money. Any money left in the e-wallet after book fair is over is put back on the credit/debit card that was used.

If you can’t make it to the book fair or the book that your child wants is not available/sold out, you can access our online book fair starting October 21st through the 25th. To find the address of the online fair, go to: -> Find a Fair ->Texas -> Tomball -> Canyon Pointe. The books will be delivered to the school within a day or two of the finish of the book fair.

All volunteers at CPES need to have their background check done before they can help us at school. Also PTO will need your contact information and availability/event preferences, for them to send you emails as and when they need help. Please follow BOTH links below and provide required information.

1. For Background clearance by TISD: please go to link below and fill up the form for volunteer opportunities.

2. For PTO database: please fill the form at link below. PTO uses it to contact you as and when the school needs volunteer help.

How to get involved if you are unable to volunteer

Unable to volunteer, not a problem!! Come join your kiddo(s) at their classroom parties, family school events & functions, and donate items to these school events & functions.
