My scenario
Trevor was sued buy the biker group known as the Lost MC.Trevor was sued for vandalism of the trailers of the Lost MC.The Lost MC wanted to sue for one million dollars. Trevor was not given a trial by jury so they couldn't apply the seventh amendment. The seventh amendment says you have to have a trial by jury. This is unconstitutional. You also have to have a trial by jury stated in other amendment.Trevor could ask for a trail by jury or the Lost MC could or walk away.
