MORE information to come in the next newsletter regarding those who will be virtual that day!

Wednesday, April 5 will begin the OK state testing for all juniors and those seniors still need to take those tests for graduation (those seniors & their parents will be notified by email). Rosters will be posted in the commons & the 700 hallway the week before with specific room assignments. The science test will be given in the morning and the US history test will be given in the afternoon. Students will test for science, be released for lunch by 11:30 and required to return back to the same room for US history by 1:00. Make-up tests will be given each Tuesday during the month of April in room 103.

Wednesday, April 12 is the SAT national testing date for all juniors and those seniors still need to take those tests for graduation (those seniors & their parents will be notified by email). Rosters will be posted in the commons & the 700 hallway the week before with specific room assignments. Students will take 4 sections of the test, break for lunch in their testing rooms, then complete the test by taking the essay portion. Most rooms should be finished testing between 2-3 p.m. Students with the read aloud accommodation will test on Wednesday, April 12 & Thursday, April 13 (those students and parents will be notified by email). The SAT makeup day is Tuesday, April 25. The read aloud accommodation make up tests will be given on Monday, April 24 & Tuesday, April 25.

Tips to ensure a good test day:

*Check your email & the rosters posted in the hallway the Friday before testing

*Charge your computer all night the night before

*Get a good night's sleep

*Eat a good breakfast

*Dress in layers (the testing room may be too cold or too warm for your taste)

*Bring your computer charger, #2 pencil, and calculator

*There's no need to bring your backpack and phone on testing days. If you do bring your phone or smart watch, be ready to power it off and turn it in before testing begins.

*Bring a bottle of water to place under your desk while testing
