From Dr. Kristin Stewart, Head of School

Hello, OHVA!

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! We celebrated 20 years of Hope last year and are ready to begin our 21st school year at OHVA! I am so excited that you chose to partner with OHVA this year to ensure the very best education for your child(ren). We have worked hard to develop an academic plan that will serve every student. But even more we have worked hard to develop a partnership with you and a culture of hope for our students. We firmly believe that every student can achieve and succeed. We want to work with you. Please feel free to reach out to your teachers, support staff or administration for clarification or needs.

The past three years have held new challenges in education. The pandemic brought online learning to the forefront. However, a solid, tried and true online school such as OHVA, has demonstrated academic growth rather than learning loss for our students. We continue this year proving that e-schools are held to a higher level of “Accountability” than most schools. Read more...

Many Learning Coaches Recommend Instant Ink

Note that OHVA does not provide printer ink other than the small starter cartridge sent with the printer. Many LC's like the subscription service for Instant Ink. This is not an endorsement by the school, but is a tip shared by parent Boosters.
