There are many ways to prevent teen obesity. One of them is getting active. You can get active in fun and easy ways.
Walking your dog
Dance to your favorite music
Join a sport
try yoga
go swimming
ride your bike
try water polo
go skiing
Play tag
Look how much fun people are having getting active and healthy!

Why should you get active ?
Getting active seems boring but even if you join a sport its fun and you can get involved with your friends. You need at least 60 min a day of being active. If you just sit around all the time and watch T.V. you won't seem like you gaining weight but it adds up.
