Review
Another thing I enjoyed about the book was the development of the characters. The Mortal War showed the characters that they are stronger than they think. It also showed the characters that they shouldn't trust anyone. Valentine might be Clary's father, but that doesn't mean she should follow his lead. Overall, I loved this book, and I wish I could reread it without already knowing what happens.
