PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Tuesday, March 8, 2022
Dear SFX Family,
Welcome back! I hope you all enjoyed the break and return of Mardi Gras! It is very busy around SFX with many great things happening. Please be sure to read through this week's newsletter!
Yesterday, we kicked off our Boosterthon Fun Run week with some fun pep rallies in the Mansfield Auditorium. Today, the students learned about CURIOSITY! Please register and share your child's donation page with friends and family. We are really excited about raising money to outfit our future STEM LAB!
This Thursday, March 10 is a 1:30 PM dismissal day with no After School Care. We will be holding Parent-Teacher Conferences from 2:15-5:30 PM. All students must be picked up at 1:30 dismissal. If your child must come with you to your conference, we will have conference care in the cafeteria while you meet with your child's teacher.
This Sunday, our 1st Grade will be sponsoring the 10:00 AM parish Mass. And don't forget, Daylight Saving Time begins so set your clocks forward one hour before going to bed Saturday night!
May God bless you and keep you,
Jessica

SFX School Community,
Greetings. Below is the Email Update for Tuesday, March 8. Thanks to our community for a terrific collection for Ukraine relief. We continue to pray for the people of Ukraine as the Russian invasion moves on. If you would like to donate to Ukraine Humanitarian Relief, see the option in the Email.
Tomorrow night, Fr. Donald Calloway will share his amazing story of converting from atheist/drug addict/love child hippie to Catholic priest. Several priests will be available for confessions from 6-7 pm. Fr. Calloway will speak in Church at 7 pm. All are invited.
The 10 am Mass this Sunday, March 13, is School Family Mass for First Graders and their families. First grade parents will help with the liturgical roles at Mass. Refreshments will be served after Mass. Feel free to wear green to Church if you will be attending the St. Patrick Parade after Mass.
Tonight is the KC meeting in St. Joseph Hall at 7 pm; a fried chicken dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. This Friday is the First Lenten Fish Fry from 5:30 - 8:30 pm in the School Cafeteria; dine-in or take-out. Saturday is the Archdiocesan Men's Conference at St. Catherine. Details regarding these events and other upcoming events are in the email.
