COUGH DROPS AT SCHOOL
RECESS DURING WINTER
A twenty minute lunch recess is held daily for all elementary school students. Whenever possible, recess will be held outside. Indoor recess will be held during inclement weather (rain, harsh snowstorm, or when the wind chill is at or below 0 degrees.) Parents are reminded to dress their children appropriately for the weather conditions. If you need assistance with winter outerwear for your child, please contact the school office. Also, if you are missing items, please visit our lost and found.
ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL PROCEDURES
Parents please be reminded of our arrival and dismissal procedures:
Students may arrive as early as 7:10 AM. Students are released to classrooms at 7:20 AM and school starts promptly at 7:30 AM.
When dropping off or picking up your child, parents must drive slowly, stay off cell phones, and stay in a single file line while on school property.
Please pull up as far as possible before dropping off,/picking up.
Stay in your car at all times. Have students enter/exit on the curb side. It creates delays and an unsafe environment to park and walk your child through moving traffic.
If you have a meeting and must park, use one of the open spots at the end of the parking lot and watch for cars before crossing the parking lot.

PROJECT MISTLE-TOES

- Socks must be attached in pairs
- Socks must be holiday or winter themed
Project Mistle-toes is not a fundraiser. It is held to memorialize a Holiday Sock Exchange for Hope Fuller. This project is a way of "paying it forward" in honor of Hope. It is a fun and inexpensive way to spread some goodwill during a time it is needed most.
