2- DEADLINE TO ORDER YOUR SUPPLY LIST ONLINE IS TOMORROW AS WELL!
We encourage you to order them by tomorrow through the process described below. However, if you somehow miss tomorrow's deadline to order summer reading list and/or supply list, you can always use the lists published on our website and order them from other stores.

Dear Students and Parents,
With summer break just around the corner we know you are busy making preparations for your summer vacations and time with your family. We would like to provide you with a way to get your kids summer reading off to a good start.
We have partnered with Read-It-Again to provide many of the books on the summer reading list. The books can be ordered using below forms and will be delivered during the last week of school. As a great bonus, a portion of every book you buy contributes additional resources towards our new FSAPS library. Save time and help benefit the school and order today! Order forms must be returned no later than May 15th.
Elementary students, rising kindergarten through rising 5th grade, are to choose ten books from the suggested reading list that is on the school website. You may choose books from the suggested list of the grade you will be entering or higher. We have included 2 additional higher grades on each order form to accommodate advanced readers.
Middle school students, rising 6th through 8th grade, are to choose five books from the suggested reading list. You may choose books from the suggested list of the grade you will be entering or higher. We have included 2 additional higher grades on each order form to accommodate advanced readers.
Students are asked to do the following:
- Keep a log of the books that are read over the summer.
- After reading, write a summary of the book. The summary should be no more than one page.
- Turn the book log and summaries into your language arts teacher on the first day of school.
Students that complete this summer reading assignment will receive one week of dress down.

ORDER YOUR SCHOOL SUPPLY BEFORE MAY 15
This year we have partnered with SchoolKidz, a Staples company, to provide our student's school supplies. The school supply kits are the supplies teachers requested for the coming year. We hope this will help reduce some of the back to school stress and will allow you to obtain school supplies in a cost effective manner. You can place your order on line or return the paper order form that was sent home with your student earlier this week. Your order will be delivered with your child's name and next year's grade directly to the new school in July and will be ready for pickup on Orientation Day in August.
Use the link and account number below to conveniently order your child's school supplies. On line orders must be completed no later than May 15th!
Please make sure to choose the correct kit based on your child's grade level next school year.

All students will need a non rolling backpack of their choice. If your student is entering 6, 7 or 8th grade they will also need a USB thumb drive and 6 binders in total, the supply kits have 5 binders included with the option of ordering a 6th or supplying one of your choice. Please keep in mind additional organizational supplies (such as pencil cases, lunch boxes, etc ) may be required based on your students preference.
