Thank you to the PTO for continuing to beautify our back play area. This past weekend, we had a patio installed for the tables that were bought a few years back. The kids were delighted to see this upgrade. They are excited to have all of the tables near each other so they can be with more of their friends when drawing or just sitting down to chat. Thank you, PTO and our LAF Community for supporting LAF students beyond the classroom.

Thanks to the Chatham Education Foundation, the LAF teachers all received five new games for their classrooms. The goal is to set up instructional opportunities to play classic games and provide the students with the necessary skills needed to work together while playing the games. The students are learning to compromise on the rules and how to include others when the game has a limited number of players. The game time has already become a favorite among the students during their Character Periods. Thank you, CEF for your support.
