1/4 omega plus buttery spread

1/4 cup of honey

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

2 cups of cooking oats

1 cup crispy rice cereal

1/2 tsp. of vanilla

2 tbsp. of sugar free mini chocolate chips

2 tbsp. of raisins

preparing food

mix rice cereal with oats and raisins and set aside. in a small pot, melt your butter, honey and brown sugar together over the stove until it began to bubble. let sit for 2 minutes. pour the vanilla and stir. then poor over your dry ingredients. poor it into a pan press down of it and pack the mixture into one side and sprinkle your chocolate chips on top.
