Spring Musical Auditions
Spring musical auditions (3-5)
Rescheduled for Tuesday February 16. Auditions will go until 4:30. If your child is in another after school activity that lasts until 4:00 please send a note to those leaders that they have permission to come to the music room. Please send notes to home room teachers Tuesday morning giving permission to stay after. This will eliminate the need to make a bunch of phone calls during the day! Thanks

Midway Children’s Choir
Midway Children’s Choir is taking registrations for the Spring Semester:
The Midway Children's choir is open to all 3rd-8th graders who live in Woodford county and the surrounding areas. The choir meets on Tuesday evenings at the Midway Woman's Club at 6:00. (Corner of Gratz and E. Stephens Streets) There will be a $35 enrollment fee to help cover the cost of music, choir shirts, and other choir expenses. Please let us know if you are unable to pay the $35 fee because a scholarship program is available.
We are excited about getting concerts lined up for the spring/summer season. We are already scheduled to sing the national anthem for a Lexington Legend's baseball game in July! Our music for this spring comes from mostly familiar musicals and movies that we are very excited about and think the children will love learning.
Registrations will remain open through February 23rd, but practices have already begun, so if you are interested, please contact Melissa Askew (Director).
