News and Notes

Dear Parents,

Happy New Year! I hope you had a wonderful and blessed Christmas Season! Thank you everyone for your generous gifts, thoughtful cards and sweet greetings this Christmas! I am truly grateful.

We are quickly back into the swing of things with MAP testing beginning today and midterms beginning next week. At the end of this month we celebrate Catholic Schools Week. I will be sharing much more information throughout the month.

Thank you so much to all who donated to our Loose Change for Soyapanga. You would be surprised how quickly that change adds up! If you still have yours at home, please bring it in this week. Thank you!

As we begin the New Year, let's refocus on uniform and dress code rules. This is a great time to make sure we have the correct shoes, hair is cut to code and nail polish is removed. Let's work together to represent this great school!

Thank you and have a wonderful week!

Growth Mindset Thought of the Week

January is a time that we all make goals for the New Year. Resolution and goal setting are extremely important parts of developing a growth mindset. It is the idea that we are always growing to achieve our goals, whether it be learning a new language, organizing our homes or getting better at Math. Below are some ways to help your child set achievable goals.
