NEW SECURITY SYSTEM COMING TO GWIN OAKS

We are excited to announce that Gwin Oaks is getting a new security system to ensure the safety of students and staff. Our system is in the process of installation by Gwinnett County Public Schools. We are finalizing our new procedures and completing training with staff now. When the installation is complete, parent communication will be sent in Friday Folders, in the Mighty Oak, by email, on social media, text, and on our website. This upcoming communication will explain how the system works and what it means for our families. There is not a set date at this time as to when this system will be active, but we are estimating within the next few weeks. Please be on the look out for more information.
