Alyssa was born and raised in Silver Lake. She has two brothers and a Doxipoo named Ash. She graduated from GSL in 2018 and then attended Ridgewater College in Hutchinson for Early Childhood Special Education.

One of Alyssa's favorite things to do is bake sweets. She also loves to camp with family and friends. Other hobbies include puzzles, going to musicals, and spending time with her pup. Alyssa's favorite movie is the Lion King. Her favorite book is Love You Forever because it has special meaning to her.

If Alyssa could meet any historical person, it would be Johnny Appleseed because she loves to bake apple pies and caramel apple cheesecake bars!

Meet Ashley Ostlie - LP's new Paraprofessional

Ashley was born and raised in Silver Lake. She is a Bulldog and graduated from Lester Prairie High School in 2007. Ashley and her husband Alex have three beautiful children: Jade (8), Ava (7), and Hendrix (5).

Ashley's hobbies include deer hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and attending concerts. One of her favorite things to do is camp with friends and family. When it gets cold outside, she says she likes to "get all crafty!"

Ashley spent most of her childhood growing up in the country where her father, Leroy, ran his own salvage yard business called Posusta Salvage. Her mom, Paulette, helped to run Zanoth Meat Market and Ashely loved spending time there as well. If Ashley could meet any historical person, it would be her paternal grandparents, Alfred and Florence Posusta, because her father always spoke so highly of them.
