Got Tech Problems?

How to Submit Technology Repair Requests in "School Dude"

Should I submit a repair request?

You may submit a repair request yourself for any technology repair needed in your classroom. Sometimes, the problem may be that you need additional training or information on using the device or program.

You may check the Information Technology "Help Me," Livebinder tab for tips on common problems using your Smart Board, using Notebook software or connecting to the wireless network. Tips for using your district gmail may be found here.

Mrs. Equils or a colleague may be able to help you as well. The best way to schedule time to meet with Mrs. Equils is through email.

Guide to Submitting a Repair Request

To submit a repair request, please login to the staff pages of the Harnett County Schools website and select Technology Repair Request (School Dude). You may also follow this link.

Please be precise in completing the questions on the repair request form. A technician from our team will be assigned to work on your request. Mrs. Equils receives a weekly email tracking our repair requests and progress on their completion.

If any type of supplies are required for a repair (bulbs, batteries, etc.), Mrs. Equils will complete a request through the audiovisual department or with school funds.
