Common Core and Technology
Where do you find technology ideas that are aligned to the Common Core?
Teachers are always needing resources that are already aligned to the Common Core and sometimes it can be hard to find technology resources for students. This week I am going to focus on one tool that I especially like for several reasons and that is Graphite.org.
What is Graphite.org?
Graphite is a free service from Common Sense Education that makes it easy to discover the best apps, games, and websites for classroom use. Tools like Edmodo, Educreations, ClassDojo, and Socrative have been thoroughly reviewed by expert educators and received numerous teacher reviews they call Field Notes. The great thing about Graphite is the broken down grade level resources and suggestions on how to use these. Currently, there are only Math and Language Arts, but Science is coming soon! Go ahead check it out!
