A Message from Our Principal
A personal thanks to all for their generous contributions to our North Texas Giving Day. Our Annual Appeal kicked off with NTG Day. If you didn’t have the opportunity to give on September 20, you may still make a gift to the school. God bless you.
In our prayers this morning, Jesus taught the disciples not to judge other. We ask our Father in Heaven to help us overcome any meanness we may have for others. Bless us with inclusive and courteous hearts.
Peace in Christ,
Dr. John Shreve
A Note to Parents
We are beginning our seventh (7) week of school. We need you to please have your children here on time. Your children miss out on essential bell-ringer activities and announcements, and most importantly, 8am morning prayers. It is also a great life lesson to learn to be on time. We need your help with this please.
Also, we encourage parents of Early Childhood to begin transitioning from walking your children to class to dropping them off at the cafeteria. It is best for the child. The positive gain from this is that your child becomes more and more independent and this transfers to their learning.
This is a reminder that during dismissal, we will call those students whose parents / guardians are in the carline first. The students of the parents who choose to walk up to pick up children, will wait until carline is complete. We ask that you not come into the building and bypass the carline. Our goal is safety and staying in your cars is the safest way to pick up your child. We have had several parents who are not following the practice. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Grandparents Day!
Thursday, September 27th is Grandparents Day. If grandparent (or, parent) comes to Mass this Thursday, you may sit with your children/grandchildren by waiting in our cafeteria after students are dismissed to their homerooms (about 7:45am). As the homerooms are passing to the Church, grandparent or parent may pick them up at that time. Please make sure the teacher knows you are coming (RSVP to the homeroom teacher) to help make this process efficient.
There will be a reception after Mass, as well as, an opportunity for grandparents to shop at the book fair.
North Texas Giving Day Success!
A HUGE Thank You to all who were able to give during North Texas Giving Day on September 20, 2018. This campaign raised approximately $16,153.00 without consideration of potential bonus funds that will be distributed in October 2018. We still need your help funding phase two of this project which will provide a shaded cover for the new sport court. The addition of a cover will allow for greater use throughout the changing Texas seasons.
