Timothy Ball News April 27-May 1
Welcoming all. Believing in all. Growth for all.
A Note from Mr. Ciochina
Timothy Ball Family,
I want to thank everyone for continuing to work incredibly hard with our distance learning. I am proud of all the amazing collaboration that is occurring to help support our students. I hope you enjoyed some fun with our virtual Spirit Week this week -- it helped us feel a bit more connected! Check out the fun pictures later in the newsletter.
*In Mrs. Holok's section of the newsletter there is an AWESOME resource about "30 Things CP Kids Can do for Emotional Health." Check it out!
*Also, there is a button below with "Community Resources" that we have compiled to help you connect with resources.
*Food Pickup -- starting next week, meals can be picked up at Timothy Ball on Tuesday and Thursday -- more information is later in the newsletter.
Please reach out to me if I can be helpful to your student or your family during this time.

Social Emotional News from Mrs. Holok
I am thinking about all of our T Ball students and families during this difficult time. Here are some ways students and adults can cope in healthy ways.
In the case of emergency, see the information below.
1. Police Officers will do wellness checks. If you contact authorities because you believe they are at risk (i.e. planning to hurt themselves, being hurt by others, etc.) they will go to the home.
2. The Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255) / www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you and your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.
3. If you suspect a child is being abused or neglected, contact the Department of Child Services at 1-800-800-5556. Visit them online for more information: https://www.in.gov/dcs/2971.htm.
Mr. C's Read Alouds
In an effort to connect with students, provide some normalcy, and encourage reading -- I will be sharing some Book Read Alouds during the closure! These have been emailed out each day to our families, but I want to share them together for your convenience!
