Applications are now being accepted for the KPMG Future Leaders Program – Class of 2022. Our goal is for the application to reach as many qualified young women as possible, and we cannot do it without your help.
Again this year, the KPMG Future Leaders Program will award 22 deserving high school female seniors:
- A scholarship of $10,000 per year for 4 years of college
- A pairing with an executive woman mentor for one-year
- A leadership development retreat and ongoing KPMG support
Applications must be submitted by February 1, 2022. An independent selection committee will select and notify the 22 recipients by April 15, 2022.
Since the program’s inception in 2016, $3.54M in scholarships has been awarded to 122 KPMG Future Leaders. We are proud of the impact this program is having and look forward to expanding our reach in 2022.

SURF is a 10 week academic program designed to strengthen the science, clinical, and research skills of selected college students to enhance their competitiveness for careers in medicine and the biomedical sciences. Program participants conduct focused research in a medical center laboratory under the mentorship of faculty. Students are also exposed to weekly lectures/seminars, gross anatomy lectures and labs, Problem Based Learning (PBL) sessions to enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving skills, MCAT review/testing and mock interviews. Students are given a stipend, which is distributed during the program to cover personal expenses. University housing is provided at no cost for the entire duration of the program.
