News From Principal Gregory Lamothe
Letter from Principal Lamothe
Hello PRS Wizards,
Thank you to Mrs. Maddigan and Mrs. LaRocca and the rest of their team who helped restock the classrooms and staff lounge. It was greatly appreciated and the teachers were extremely excited to get whiteboards with markers for their classrooms that will allow them to be flexible with learning and at times take the classroom outside for a change in the learning environment.
Parents, please mark your calendars for school picture re-takes. Lifetouch will be here at PRS on November 8th. For students who may have missed Picture Day earlier this year, they can get their picture taken and choose packages later. For those who are seeking re-takes, please bring your picture package with you on the 8th.

Birthday Book Club
PRS Birthday Book Club is back, and we are celebrating year- round! Be on the lookout for a flyer in your child's backpack. This year, we are asking that you submit your child's payment, form, and optional picture by the return date on the flyer, instead of during their birthday month. When your child's birthday month rolls around (summer birthdays are celebrated in June with the Birthday Book Club), they will receive a note to come down to the library to select their book. They will be the first to check it out- and it will have their picture inside if you sent one! A very special way to celebrate your child's special day!
SCHOOL SUPPLIES - You can order online through Yubbler or purchase on your own. Choose your incoming grade level supply list here
1000 BOOK CLUB - This is a great program for preschool and kindergarten students to check out book bags and read with families!

This year, there will also be a breakfast program ( also peanut/tree nut free) for students who wish to partake in that. There will be one “grab and go breakfast” offering daily. Bottles of water are not free and cost $1.00.
