Will help you lose weight with little exercise.

It will give you a healthy younger appearance.


Avoids lots of diseases such as cancer.


Cons:


Having a lot less calories will cause you to get more hungry and could cause you to eat a lot which is unhealthy.


You have to find a exercise plan to go with it.


You will lose muscle on this diet from the low amount of calories.

Consequences Over A Long Period of Time

There really aren't any consequences to this diet through a long period of time other than losing muscle.

Personal Opinion

This is a really healthy diet, and it would be a good one to be on. There aren't many consequences in it. It would help you get really healthy and help you lose weight.
