Symptoms
- Skin Rashes

- Itching inside mouth
- Digestive problems
- In severe cases may cause death
Most common foods that cause an allergic reaction
Milk
- mostly in children
- Can't be cured but treatment may help
- Can last for years or be life long
- Also called dairy allergy
Eggs
- 2% of children are allergic to eggs
- About 70% of children outgrow it by age 16
- Reactions can range from a mild rash to anaphylaxis which is a life threatening condition
Peanuts
- Different from nut allergies
- can be life threatening

Beneficial Foods
There are not any beneficial foods that could help cure or prevent this aliment. You usually do not even know you have this allergy until you try something and realize the symptoms that you get may be triggered by a certain food.
Treatment
In mild cases you can take an Antihistamine which is a type of pharmaceutical drug you can receive over the counter like Zyrtec. In some severe cases you may need an injection of the drug Epinephrine (EpiPen) or emergency room care.
