Dear Falcon Families,
Bringing a charged laptop to school is essential to student success. As we have entered the testing season, this is extremely important. Coming to school with a laptop that is NOT charged is the equivalent of showing up without a pencil. Please assist the staff by checking your child's device each night. Together we can eliminate this obstacle and ensure success for all!

The APS Media Center will be open select Wednesdays during the summer from 9am - 12pm. Please visit us on June 7, June 14, June 28, July 12, July 19, and July 26.
Incoming K-2 students can enjoy storytime and an activity at 10am and incoming 3-8 students can enjoy book tastings at 11am. All students can enjoy the Media Center, check out books, take AR tests, log reading minutes/books on Beanstack, and work on their Summer Reading Challenges!
Student device check out will begin in the Media Center on July 26, pending delivery. More information to come!

MIDDLE SCHOOL TRIP TO COSTA RICA
APS is rerouting their 2024 tour to Costa Rica and Panama in July 2024.
The itinerary will visit places like Guanacaste, Arenal region, San José, Panama City, Panama Canal among other regions.

FAST Testing runs through May 9. We would love to be able to provide breakfast for the teachers administering these tests. At Falcon Fling we unveiled our largest capital improvement project to date, Audubon Recreation Complex (ARC).
Audubon Recreation Complex (ARC) will transform the schools ONLY play space into a state of the art recreational complex. The new space will include:
Turf Fields
Outdoor Learning Space
Parent Café
Mature shade trees around the complex
Purposed play areas to include favorite games like Four Square, Gaga Ball, Hopscotch and more
Paver space with seating
Landscaping
Newly mulched playground
Many of you might not understand the state of what this space currently looks like. Please take a few minutes to watch this video. APS students explain how it feels to play in the area.
