A Message from Ms. Swan
As we come to the end of another remarkable school year and say goodbye to our 8th grade class, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we have all embarked upon together. It has been a year filled with growth and resilience, and I am immensely proud of each and every student at Fall Creek Junior High.
First and foremost, I would like to express gratitude to our dedicated students. You are truly inspiring. Your passion, curiosity, and eagerness to excel continue to be the driving force behind our school’s successes.
To our amazing parents and guardians, thank you for your unwavering support. Your partnership and involvement in your children’s education have been invaluable. Your contributions have played a significant role in helping our students thrive.
I would also like to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of our dedicated teachers and staff. Your commitment to our students’ success has made a profound impact on the lives of our students. Your dedication has been nothing short of extraordinary and I am deeply grateful for your hard work.
As we look back on this year, let us not forget the lessons we have learned. We have witnessed the power of collaboration and supporting one another. These are skills that will serve our students well beyond the walls of our school.
Finally, as we embark on the well-deserved summer break, I encourage you all to take time to rest, rejuvenate. Spend quality times with loved ones, engage in activities that bring you joy. I am honored to be a part of this incredible school community.
May you all have a safe and joyful summer. We will see the 7th grade class on August 2nd for Falcon Preview.

End of the Year Celebration - May 25
Tomorrow, we will celebrate 8th graders with a field day and awards ceremony. The field day will occur from 10:30a – 12:30p. During field day, 8th graders will have an opportunity to participate in a kick ball or play soccer, plus visit one of the activity stations organized by our PTO. Chic Fli-A lunch will be provided to 8th graders. Sack Lunches from the cafeteria will also be provided to families that indicated their preference.
The End of the Year Awards Ceremony will be from 1:00p – 2:15p. This awards ceremony will recognize primarily 8th grade students’ academic achievements over their years at Fall Creek JH. While some 7th graders may receive house awards and recognition, these awards will focus on our 8th grade students. Parent Square invitations were sent to parents with students receiving award(s) on May 11. Students also received a paper invitation Tuesday. For those coming to the event, please enter Door 1 and head to the Main Gym. Doors will open at 12:45p.
We look forward to celebrating the achievements of our students with you. If you decide to take your student home with you after the awards, you may. QR codes will be set up by the front office, simply scan and go! No need to let the office know in advance on this day.

PTO Happenings
School Supply Kits are Coming to FCJH
You may remember purchasing a box of school supplies in years past when your students were in elementary school. The PTO will be selling Supply Kits from 1st Day Supplies from now until July 1.
https://1stdayschoolsupplies.com
Kits are optional but will provide most of the basic supplies your student will need for the next school year. Depending on your student's course selections, you may need to purchase a few additional course specific supplies once the school year begins. Kits will be available for pick up at school at the Falcon Preview Day.
Per admin, lockers will be utilized for the 2023-24 school year by all students and backpacks will not be allowed in classrooms, only small purses/fanny packs that fit under desks. For this reason, we have made an all-in-one zipper binder an option with the kits.
Supply kit questions, please contact Jennifer Low: Jenniferlow06@yahoo.com
Thank You!
Thank you to our Falcon Families for all of your additional support of our Staff Appreciation Week! We appreciate you and know that the staff has enjoyed their spoiling this week!
