In December, we will focus on Habit 4 : Think Win Win.

Principles and Concepts:

  • Win-lose, lose-win, lose-lose, win
  • Win-win, win-win or no deal
  • Mutual benefit, fairness, and abundance

  • Common: There is only so much, and the more you get, the less there is for me.
  • Highly Effective: There is plenty out there for everyone and more to spare.

  • Build your Emotional Bank Account with others.
  • Have an Abundance Mentality

  • Balance courage and consideration.
    • COURAGE: Willingness and ability to speak your thoughts and feelings respectfully.
    • CONSIDERATION: Willingness and ability to seek and listen to others' thoughts and feelings with respect.
  • Consider other people's wins as well as your own.
  • Create Win-Win Agreements.
  • A Win-Win Agreement is created when two or more parties commit to work together for mutual benefit. It can be formal or informal, written or verbal, and can be made in just about any relationship or circumstance.

Bus Schedule SME, like many schools are short school bus drivers. As a result, we will have to complete double run bus routes. Please be sure to check your student's updated bus time. Additionally, we ask that you allow 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after the scheduled times. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to find bus drivers.
