Made up (1896)
In the year of 1896 the idea of desegregated schools is made up now known as the Brown vs. Board of Education to desegregate every school in America for African Americans and White people to be in the same school.
In 1954 the Brown vs. Board of Education is decided and from that day on African Americans are always allowed to go in any school in America with the law of desegregated schools in the U.S. forever.
