Principal’s Update

Dear Masconomet Middle School Families,

Please note that due to the Power School problem this week, grades will be posted this afternoon at 3pm. Thank you for your patience as Power School worked to correct the outage on their end. Please see below for this week’s updates.

Spring Track

Masco Middle School Track Team registration is now open to residents of the Tri-Town. Track and field is a safe, supportive, and positive environment that allows young athletes to learn about and compete in the full breadth of track and field events. After trying a variety of events, and with the guidance of coaching staff, athletes will choose up to three events to specialize in. They will train for these events and compete in them in local competitions and even the Junior Olympics! All abilities are welcome, Events include 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000, hurdles, relays, long jump, high jump, shot put, discus, and javelin.

Practice is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Masco track from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. The season starts in early April. Sign up now at https://www.baasports.com/page/show/92613-track-and-cross-country.
