Will You Be My Valentine?!
Dear Families,
Happy Valentine's Day! On this special day of love and affection, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for your unwavering support and partnership with us.
As the principal of this school, I am proud to lead a community of dedicated and hardworking students, teachers, and families. Our collective efforts have made a significant impact on the education and growth of our students, and I am grateful for each and every one of you who have contributed to our success.
I especially appreciate the love and care you show for your children each day. Your support and encouragement is what helps our students strive for excellence and reach their full potential. Whether it's helping with homework, attending parent-teacher conferences, or volunteering your time, you are making a difference in the lives of our students.
On this Valentine's Day, I hope you know that your efforts and contributions are greatly valued and appreciated. Our students are lucky to have such loving and supportive families and community members, and I am honored to be a part of such a wonderful community.
Thank you for all that you do, and I hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day filled with love and happiness.
Warm regards,
Amelia

PK8 School River Park Temporary Closure
Due to snowier-than-average conditions and particularly cold days, the number of big game who are sheltering down by the river has increased.
The CPW, WSCC, and The Nature Connection have asked to temporarily close the trail for at least the next two weeks to support the wildlife. This need was written into the grant that provides the funding for the trail.
