After May 24th, please note that Bennington Elementary school office hours will be limited.Our office will be closed May 26th through June 4th.

In June & July, our office will be open Tuesday only from 8:30-11:30 am.

Any phone calls or emails received will be returned during office hours.

Normal office hours resume August 1st. Have a great summer!

Moving?

If your family has moved or will be relocating after the end of the 2022-2023 school year, over the summer, please let our office know by emailing slehman@bennps.org.

Sharing this information helps us anticipate staffing needs, and also ensure that your child's records are ready to deliver to their new school.

Registration for Bennington High School Summer Camps is Now Open!

Register your child for a BHS summer camp and pay online through MySchoolBucks.

Camps available in Boys/Girls Basketball, Boys/Girls Soccer, Softball, Football, Volleyball, Girls/Boys Wrestling, Cheer, Tennis, Golf, and Dance.

Transportation Registration for the 2023-2024 School Year Begins in July with Student Verification

Transportation registration is done when parents are completing their student verification in July.


Bus Pass Reminders

  • Bus passes are good through a student's senior year.
  • Be sure to put your student's bus pass in a safe place after the last day of school!
  • The transportation office will NOT create new bus passes until the 3rd week of school.
  • Students who have been issued a bus pass and have lost it, are subject to a $25 replacement fee.
  • There is no charge for the first initial bus pass.

Kindergarten Registration is OPEN!

Do you have a student ready to start Kindergarten in August 2023? Bennington Elementary is currently accepting registrations for any incoming Kindergarten students. If your child will be eligible for Kindergarten (age 5 by July 31, 2023) please visit our district website www.benningtonschools.org and click on "Enroll New Student" to register for the upcoming school year, and be sure to select the 2023-2024 school year.


Determining the enrollment for the next year is important for future staff planning. Completing registration also ensures that you receive communication regarding kindergarten. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.


Kindergarten Roundup for students will take place at the conclusion of summer prior to the start of the school year. More information will be sent on this at a later date. If you have any questions regarding enrollment, please call Mrs. Lehman in our school office.
