It is the ability of the joints to move through their full range of motion.

Maintain!! Improve!!!

Flexibility stretch 1-3 times a week, and hold the stretches for 10 seconds. One should perform static stretches 3-5 times a week. Static stretches are done for 15-30 seconds of slow, easy stretching with the last 5 seconds!!
