Bobcat Bridge
"True teachers are those who use themselves as bridges over which they invite their students to cross; then, having facilitated their crossing, joyfully collapse, encouraging them to create their own."~Nikos Kazantzakis
As we enter the final month of the 2020-2021 school year, we begin with a week celebrating the Bobcat staff! As we move through the month of May, we will continue to facilitate learning for our students while also encouraging them through the design cycle of their school career as they build bridges, bridge gaps, and become bridges themselves.
General Information
- Library Book Returns: Now that it is the fourth quarter, students will not be able to have more than 2 library books checked out at any given time. Send back all of those books you are done with at home so your child can get more when they come to media Encore each week.
- Device Returns: All student devices and charges must be returned by the end of the year. Devices for students in Plan A will be collected at school. Students in Plan C will return devices to the front office at the end of the year. If students have extra devices or chargers checked out they should be returned to school immediately.
- Residency Update Requirement: Parents of all rising 6th and 9th graders and all families that have relocated during the 2020-2021 school year are required to update enrollment status for the 2021-22 school year. Cabarrus County Schools is using Scribbles on-line enrollment system, which allows parents to complete the process from their laptop, cell phone, or desktop computer. There is no need to come to any of our buildings to update enrollment. Parents will be required to set up or use their existing account in the Scribbles platform and provide two approved sources of address verification.
Students must have a complete online enrollment renewal and/or updated residency information in order to receive their updated schedule for the 2021-2022 school year. Please complete the required form by June 1, 2021.
Safety Protocols: Outdoor Mask Guidance for Students
