Athletic Physicals for 2022-2023 School Year
Parents, Coaches, & Directors
The Knox athletes/performers will have an opportunity to get a physical during their designated class period with their coaches and directors on April 20. Junior high students will be shuttled over to College Park HS during the school day based on times the two Knox coaching staffs have established. Sixth graders and anyone else who missed during the day will have an opportunity after they are dismissed from school at 4:00p until 5:30p. To make this happen, we are coordinating with Methodist, Woodlands Sports Medicine Centre & Memorial Hermann to bring in physicians & PAs. Because we are starting earlier and providing more PAs and doctors, we had to increase the price of physicals from $20 to $25. This is the first price increase in the last 17 years for College Park HS. The last change is parents will be able to pre-pay online for the physicals through School Cash starting now and until April 18th. They can pay with cash or check on the day of April 20, 2022. For parents with 2 or more students and paying online, they must log completely out after paying for the 1st student and then use a different email address for the confirmation email or register as a "guest" for the next student.
Lastly, there are four online forms (Emergency Form, Alternative Transportation Permission, CISD Required Forms, & UIL Forms Signature Page) that need to be completed along with the physical in order to participate for 2022-2023. The link is provided below for the 4 Rank One online forms listed below. It will be active Friday morning, April 15.

Kid Chat
Safety and security are of the utmost importance to Conroe ISD. In an effort to provide more options for reporting safety concerns, the District is introducing Anonymous Alerts®, an app that will work alongside our long-standing, anonymous KidChat hotline.
The Anonymous Alerts® app can be downloaded for free on a smartphone and allows students and parents to quickly, easily, and anonymously report student safety issues to the appropriate officials. Anonymous Alerts® also provides opportunities for secure two-way encrypted communication with the school and District personnel receiving the messages. Like the KidChat hotline, the Conroe ISD Police Department will also be monitoring submissions through Anonymous Alerts®.
Download the app by simply scanning one of the QR codes with your phone. The login is conroeisd.

Game Etiquette
Our Knox Athletics seasons are underway. In an effort to make our games a positive experience for our players and fans we are setting some expectations as you support your team. They are as follows:

- We expect you to cheer in a positive manner for our kids.
- Demeaning comments about players (both sides), coaches (both sides), and referees will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave by school administration.
- Please remember the young men and women that participate are listening to your comments as well as other fans in the stands.
- Keep in mind how a negative comment about another person’s 12-14 year old child can make them react.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact one of the following administrators as one of us will be at all Knox home games.
Joe Daw - Principal
James Bishop - Asst. Principal
