Gymnastics

Did you know a leotard is a swim suit designed for gymnastics/tumbling. When you go to gymnastics you should always wear a leotard because it is tight. Can you imagine having a shirt flying in your face. That would probably make you mess up on your skills because you would have no idea what you are doing.
What You Need
One thing you will really need for gymnastics is a water bottle. So when you need a nice cool dink you have one. Here are some other things you might need are a jump rope, ankle weights, tennis shoes, hair band and a scrunchie.
Getting Ready
When you are getting ready for your gymnastics pictures look at your knees. If you see some white on your knees put some lotion on them but usually people don't have pictures. Another time to use this is when you go to a competition for gymnastics. But if you don't that is OK because it is not something that needs to be done. ALWAYS put your hair up for a competition or practice!
If You Are Hurt
If you are hurt put some ice on it like usual. Use a gel ice pack so it can sink on your arm, leg or whatever hurts. STOP if it's red. Even if it hurts still use it like normal. Just try to push through the pain. gymnastics make sure you ware a leotard.
So the next time you go to gymnastics make sure you ware a leotard. Unless you want a shirt flying in your face
