I know that many of you have a number of questions regarding the current status of our community post-Harvey and how the upcoming November bond election may affect where we are, and where we are headed.
Thus, I would like to personally invite you to a brief “Bond & Bites” informational session on Monday, October 30 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the commons.
Mr. Keith Carmichael, Chair of the Community Bond Advisory Committee, will join us to talk about Harvey efforts, as well as future WoodCreek Junior High and district initiatives and projects.
I hope you can join us for this informational session and tasty bites. I look forward to seeing you there!

KDE Absence Reporting Form
Davidson Elementary offers the opportunity for parents/guardians to report their child's absence via the campus webpage on the district website. Fill out the form indicating your child's absence for that day and click submit. The information will go directly to Davidson ADA Mrs. Susie Moon. Absence Form Link: http://www.katyisd.org/campus/KDE/Pages/ABSENCE-REPORTING.aspx
Arrival To School
We ask that students arrive to campus between 8:00 a.m. and 8:20 a.m. Because there is no adult supervision before 8:00 a.m. students may not arrive before that time. The morning car rider drop off is one lane, please do not go around cars in front of you to drop off. If you need to come into the building during arrival please use the crosswalk where a staff member will stop traffic for you to safely cross with your child. Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we work together to ensure the safety of our Dragons.
