The DO'S of pregnancy:

Rest as much as possible
Drink plenty of fluids, preferably water
Eat well balanced meals
Take prenatal vitamin's
Attend every doctor's appointment and make an appointment if you feel something is wrong
Remember to BREATHE


The DONT'S of pregnancy:

NO alcohol, smoking, or other forms of drugs
Avoid caffeine
Avoid household paints
Avoid lifting heavy items
The MOST important avoid stress as much as possible


Exercise:

Great idea during pregnancy (but first consult your doctor)
Helps you feel better, relives back pain, helps you sleep better, and gives off a healthy glow!
Helps you get ready for birth
Helps you loose the baby weight faster after birth
Exercise is not for every pregnant women so only exercise if you feel comfortable


Diet:

Having a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important!
Avoid some seafood
Avoid undercooked meat, and poultry
Avoid unpasteurized foods

What to eat:

Choose foods high in fiber that are enriched such as whole-grain breads, cereals, pasta, rice, fruits, and vegetables
Make sure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals in your daily diet
Consume Vitamin C every day, such as oranges, grapefruits, strawberries,broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, green peppers, tomatoes
Make sure you consume Iron-rich foods
Eat and drink at least four servings of dairy products and calcium-rich foods
