Fact #1: Purpose
This resource is a computer adaptive test that will provide a customized evaluation of every student’s abilities. Click here for more information on CATs.
Fact #2: How is this Resource different than programs we have at MGSD?
This resource has many different components to help evaluate student performance and personalize instruction for each student.
There is so much to know about iReady .... you get some BoNuS facts!
Bonus Fact:
Students will take a quarterly assessment for growth monitoring.

Use the reports to create instructional groups.

With each instructional group, iReady provides recommended lessons in PDF format. Use these lessons during RTI or other intervention times.
Bonus Fact:
Use the program 45 minutes per week. During these sessions, students will be assigned lessons to specifically meet the needs that the test indicates he/she needs.
Bonus Fact:
iReady provides research and states that at least 45 minutes of iReady instruction per subject per week, students saw growth averaging 44% greater growth in Reading and 65% greater growth in Math. Check it out on the iReady Research section of the program.
Hint:
Use the student reports provided by iReady in your parent conferences. Under “Reports” choose “Student Report” then click on the “Parent Report” on the left side of the screen.
