8 TIPS FOR TRANSITIONING TO ONLINE CLASSES
Remember this is a BIG adjustment---be understanding with yourself.
Most lectures will be recorded by the teacher so you can watch them numerous times.
Try doing something mindless while you listen to lectures-for example doodling or even eating a small snack can help you from losing focus.
Get dressed!
Create a work space.
Be gentle with yourself and others-this is NEW for everyone.
Do your best!
Your physical and mental health are equally important and protecting them should also be a priority right now.
NEED TECHNOLOGY?
Chromebooks:
Families who are in need of technology devices can still request them through this link.
Internet:
Comcast announced a comprehensive COVID-19 response to help keep Americans connected to the internet. You can find more information here.
Need more than this? Please contact us and we'll help you get to the right place for help.
IS COVID-19 DISRUPTING THE COLLEGE ADMISSIONS PROCESS?
Are you worried about whether pass/fail grading and not being able to participate in extracurricular activities will disrupt the College Admissions Process?
School Counselors have been asking College Admissions Officers these same questions.
See how colleges are responding by clicking here.
