What is an Oxymoron?
An oxymoron, by definition, is a figure of speech in which apparently contradictory terms appear in conjunction.
Why do we use Oxymorons?
They are often used to:
- Give a dramatic effect
- Give speech more luster
- Invoke thought
- Entertain
