FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE
Monday (05/16) & Tuesday (05/17) - Non-EOC & Online H.S. Classes
Non-EOC Class Exam & EOC Review Sessions
1st pd Exam Session: Spanish I, Eng. IV, and Online APEX & NCVPS Courses
EOC Review: Biology, English II, Math III
2nd pd Exam Session: Civics, EE Sci., Eng. IV, and Online APEX & NCVPS Courses
EOC Review: English II, Math I & III
3rd pd Exam Session: Civics, EE Sci., Eng. IV, Pre-Cal.
EOC Review: Biology, Math III
4th pd Exam Session: Civics, EE Sci., Eng. I & IV, Yearbook
ECO Review: Biology, English II
Attendance will be taken during all review sessions, exam sessions, and face-to-face and online class sessions.
9th & 10th-grade study halls will report to VGCC Student Lounge and courtyard area. Students are not to venture to other areas of the campus without permission from a VECHS teacher or staff member.

Thu., May 19th, 8:30 - 1:00, 2nd pd EOC Exam; 1:35 - 3:00 3rd pd EOC Review
Fri., May 20th, 8:30 - 1:00, 3rd pd EOC Exam; 1:35 - 3:00 4th pd EOC Review
Mon., May 23rd, 8:30 - 1:00, 4th pd EOC Exam; 1:35 - 3:00 Make-up EOC Review
Tues., May 24th, 8:30 - 1:00, Make-up EOC Exam
Attendance will be taken during all exam and review sessions.
No electronic devices are permitted in testing sites.
Students not testing will report to a non-testing VECHS classroom site.
No early dismissals before 1:00 pm.
If all testing is completed before 1:00 pm, students without a review session may contact parents/guardians to be picked up early. Authorization of early dismissals are to be verified by VECHS office.

High School Course Failure
2022-23 VCS & VGCC Course Scheduling
Per VCS Student Attendance Board Policy 4400: Daily classroom attendance is required for all face-to-face and online high school classes.
Students must communicate and meet with the college liaison for fall, spring, and summer course schedules, college advisory sessions, and as requested by Miss Robinson.
Some considerations for college course schedules may include:
College courses are scheduled based on the availability of courses as aligned with high school class schedules, state testing scores, and academic success of previously enrolled college courses.
Due to the logistics of scheduling, high school and college course schedules are NOT created or changed to accommodate work schedules.
Student schedules extend the school day: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
2022-23 Parent Permission for Early Release Forms
Students eligible for Early Release for Fall 2022 will be mailed a Permission for Early Release Form the week of Aug. 1, 2022.
Grade 9 and 10 students are not eligible for Parent Permission for Early Release.

Computer & Textbook Collection - Revised
Tuesday, May 10th, 8:30am to Friday, May 13th, 2pm
VECHS Main Office
VCS-issued technology devices/equipment will be collected after each exam session. Students are to save work in their VCS google folder as necessary or desired.
VGCC courses end May 10th. VGCC textbook collection will be from May 10th-May 13th.
Students are subject to charges for any lost, missing, or damaged property.

VGCC Spring & Summer Calendar
VECHS Qualifications for 8-wk summer course:
- No college withdrawals for the 2021-22 school-year
- C or higher final grade in all 2021-22 Fall/Spring courses
- Minimum cumulative VGCC GPA of 2.5 or higher for one course
- Minimum cumulative VGCC GPA of 3.2 or higher for two courses
- 8-Wk courses only
- Students are responsible for the purchase of textbooks for summer courses
- Deadline to register for summer courses: April 28th
- Students will be re-issued their VCS computers for summer courses
