HELLO BREEZE HILL PARENTS AND STUDENTS!
Hello Breeze Hill Parents and Students,
This is Ms. Cephas, your principal, with your weekly announcements.
It is a pleasure to welcome our Classic students back to school tomorrow, Monday Jan. 11th promptly at 8:00 am.
Please note that there were a lot of schedule changes done on Friday and over the weekend and that it takes the system at least 24 hours to update. If your child is in our virtual program, I ask that you please be patient as you may experience some technical difficulties on Monday. If that is the case, please email your child's teacher directly or call the office at 760-945-2373 so that we can assist you.
Also, please note that this week I will be hosting a Coffee with the Principal on Thursday, Jan. 14th @ 9:00 am in English and on Friday, Jan. 15th @ 9:00 am in Spanish. We will be discussing what is going well in your child’s education and what areas can be improved. I will send out the Zoom link by Wednesday.

COVID-19 SYMPTOM DECISION TREE
The Vista Unified School District is using the COVID-19 Symptom Decision Tree provided by the San Diego County Office of Education in collaboration with the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency, to determine if students should be sent home if they develop any of the following symptoms:
Fever with or without chills/rigors (fever defined as T >100.0 that does not resolve within 30 min. without medication)
Cough
Shortness of breath
Nasal congestion/rhinorrhea (runny nose)
Sore throat
Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
Fatigue
New loss of taste/smell
Headache
Muscle or body aches
Poor feeding or poor appetite*

TIPS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR DEVICE
CHROMEBOOK & iPAD TIPS
Here are a few tips on how to care for your school issued device.
Before using, please plug in the device and power up overnight for the important automatic update.
Charge the device frequently.
We highly recommend purchasing the optional insurance. (within 2 weeks of receiving the device).
Do not eat or drink while using the device.
It is to be used by you ONLY and for schoolwork.
Treat your device with care.
Do not share your login or password
Leave the barcode stickers on the device. The device is checked out to you just like a library book.
Remember you leave a digital footprint wherever you go on the internet
These devices MUST be returned in the same condition as when they are checked out (no decorations, stickers, etc.).
