FZE Library News
Merry December!
Hello, all. It is hard to believe, but we have just a couple short weeks before the end of the first semester and winter break! It is certainly an exciting time of the year with all the holiday decor and celebrations. In line with the "Winter Holidays Around the World" theme, the library is featuring books with settings in other countries this month. Check out the displays in the library and the Destiny Collection of books spanning a variety of genres. We are also planning several fun activities during lunches the week of December. See activities below! Make sure you sign up each morning to reserve a spot for lunch in the library if you want to participate in any of the festivities.
Happy Holidays!

Self-Care Week
In November, the library partnered with Mrs. Osborn to have "An Attidude of Gratitude" Self-Care Week. We offered a digital choice board and bingo activity. Teachers created Gratitude Snaps, and students and staff were able to build their own self-care bags.
World Cup
We decorated the library windows with a World Cup bracket and information about the teams/countries participating. I update the bracket every day with the results of the games. Check it out!

☃️ January Book Club 📘
It's time to think of our next book for FZE Book Club! Let's vote on the next book we read together. We are going from reading a futuristic, dystopian novel (Dry by Neal and Jarrod Shusterman) to a historical fiction novel. The choices are A Very Large Expanse of Sea and All the Light We Cannot See. Thanks to Kate Wayland for sharing suggestions and creating the form. Click below to vote on the book you prefer we read!
