To make sure I have the very best health I can everyday, I will work out and try to run on the treadmill or go on a bike ride. Also if someone says something bad to me I will just forget it and go on with life, but if I make a mistake I will try to learn from those mistakes and get better from it.
I have suffered pain in the past. I expect pain in my future. But I will react to that pain by using that pain to get better and stronger. I will remember that pain only last a while and it only makes me stronger in the future. The pain will just motivate me to get better and stronger. Because pain makes me realize I need to make a change in my life I will gain more happiness in my life.
